Tell us which screen or action needs attention, your iOS version and, if relevant, the error shown. Please leave out private app-activity records, selection tokens and unrelated personal information. Nothing is sent automatically by visiting this page or copying information in the app.
An app is still blocked
Check for another active schedule using the same app. Ending a focus session does not end an overlapping schedule. Always Allowed applies to Lesscue's own boundaries; iOS Screen Time, another app or a managed-device policy may still impose restrictions.
In Lesscue, open Settings → Permissions & Recovery to check the current connection and reapply the latest saved state. If a reset is pending, continue its clean-up before starting a new session. Do not assume an unresolved error means protection is working or that everything has been released.
Subscriptions and restoration
When App Store purchases are available, manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Removing Lesscue or resetting its data does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to recover eligible access.

Local data and privacy
App groups, schedules and focus history are local by default. Optional Pro-only iCloud sync is in development and not connected in the current app. We cannot inspect them remotely or restore them from your Lesscue account. Cloudflare sign-in does not create a backup of personal records. Planned iCloud sync is a separate opt-in feature; app selections and active blocking state will not transfer. Apple-managed device backup remains separate on both plans. The planned iCloud controls distinguish stopping sync, deleting the iCloud copy and resetting only this device. A full reset is separate from clearing completed focus history and should only be confirmed when you intend to remove the local settings and records.

Sign-in and account deletion
Visit Account for sign-in availability. The Cloudflare account service is being prepared and may be unavailable on this development preview. Sign-in is optional for the app's local focus and blocking features.
Once enabled, the Account page supports sign-out and deletion with fresh Apple identity verification. Deleting an account is separate from resetting local app data and canceling an Apple subscription. If an account deletion fails, its completion has not been confirmed. Try again or contact support with "Lesscue account support" in the subject.

Locked and Emergency access
These are Pro features. A Locked run has no ordinary early ending before its planned deadline. New Emergency access is available only while Locked protection is active and Pro is current. Open Settings → Protection → Emergency access and hold the release control continuously for five seconds. During a focus session, its Settings icon opens a limited settings sheet that returns you to the same timer. The control fills as the butterfly glows; letting go early, leaving the control or leaving the app cancels the hold. The butterfly breaks only after Lesscue's current protection has been released.
You have two confirmed uses in any rolling seven days. Each use becomes available again seven days after its confirmation; there is no calendar-week reset. A cancelled hold uses nothing. Reopening the app, clearing completed focus history, retrying confirmed cleanup or resuming protection does not restore or consume another use.
Emergency access ends current focus and Routine protection and pauses automatic routines until you choose Resume protection. It has no automatic time limit. If cleanup needs a retry, continue the existing operation; it does not require a second hold or purchase. Your groups and routine definitions are kept.
